We were proud to take part in AI Summit Budapest 2026 as the event’s Featured Professional Sponsor – contributing to the conversation on how AI can move from experimentation to measurable business value.
For two days, Budapest became a meeting point with 3000 people for some of the most important conversations shaping the future of artificial intelligence. We were proud to take part in AI Summit Budapest 2026 as the event’s Featured Professional Sponsor.
For us, the partnership was about much more than being present at one of the region’s leading AI conferences. We wanted to contribute to the professional conversation around a question we work with every day: how can we turn the rapidly evolving capabilities of AI into technology that creates real business value?
Across the two days, we met with clients, partners and technology leaders, exchanged experiences from ongoing AI initiatives, and discussed what comes after the experimentation phase of enterprise AI.
We were especially proud to welcome several outstanding international experts from our professional network to the conference programme, each bringing a different perspective on where AI is heading.
From AI potential to business reality
Our co-founder and Board Member of Attrecto, GriffSoft and Signifer, Gergely Kiss, took the stage with his presentation “Ready or Not: The Agents Are Coming” (🇭🇺Aki bújt, aki nem, jönnek az agentek).
Through Gergely’s talk, we explored one of the biggest shifts currently taking place in AI: the move from systems that primarily generate information to AI agents capable of taking actions and becoming part of actual business processes.
This transition reflects how we approach AI at Attrecto. We see the technology itself as only the starting point. To create real value, we need to understand where AI belongs in an organisation, connect it to the right data and systems, redesign processes where necessary, and build solutions that employees and customers can actually use.

International perspectives from the Attrecto network
One of the highlights of this year’s Summit for us was the opportunity to bring perspectives from our wider international professional network into the conversation.
We were delighted to have Peder Holdgaard Pedersen, Head of AI Engineering at Saxo Bank, contribute to the Summit with his talk, “Exponential looks linear – until it doesn’t.” He explored the accelerating pace of technological change and a reality many technology leaders are now experiencing firsthand: developments that initially appear incremental can reach a point where their impact becomes dramatically more visible.
We also welcomed Dan Manning, retired US Air Force Colonel and founder of Build the Story, who approached AI from the perspective of decision-making. In his session, “AI knows everything. Except what has changed.”, he challenged us to think about the difference between having access to enormous amounts of information and having the contextual awareness needed to make good decisions.
Eyal Zucker, Managing Partner at Ediyal, AmCham Education & Innovation Working Group Lead, brought a media and cultural perspective with “AI taste in media – when AI becomes our cultural curator.” His talk raised an increasingly important question for all of us: as AI systems play a larger role in recommending, filtering and generating content, how might they influence not only what we consume, but our cultural preferences themselves?
Josh Goldfarb, Field CISO, EMEA at F5, joined the discussion “Securing applications against the rapidly evolving AI-fueled threat landscape.” His perspective reinforced something we see as increasingly important: as organisations introduce AI into more applications and workflows, security has to be an integral part of successful AI adoption.
Together, these conversations showed us just how broad the impact of AI has become: from software engineering and financial services to leadership, security, defence, media and organisational decision-making.
Two days built around conversations
For us, conferences are never only about what happens on stage.
Throughout AI Summit Budapest, we welcomed visitors at our booth, met existing partners and started new conversations with organisations exploring what AI could mean for their businesses.
These discussions gave us a strong indication of where the market is heading. We see companies increasingly looking beyond individual tools and proofs of concept and asking how AI can become part of their products, internal processes and long-term technology strategy.
We would like to thank the AI Summit Budapest team, the international speakers who joined us, our colleagues who represented Attrecto throughout the two days, and everyone who stopped by our booth, challenged an idea or started a conversation.

We look forward to seeing you at the next one.
