Our company, founded in 2010 and currently employing 60 people, specializes in modern web technologies alongside mobile technologies, providing custom software development services to our clients.
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer (Cloud & Monitoring focus) to support and maintain innovative solutions for the corporate sector.
What we will trust you with:
1) Operating multiple systems in Azure + building proper monitoring
- Operate and support several systems in Azure
- Design and continuously improve monitoring / alerting / logging (reduce noise, improve visibility, support SLA/SLO mindset)
- Support incident handling: troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, prevention
- Build operational automation (runbooks, standardized procedures)
2) Participating in company-wide DevOps / infrastructure processes
- Contribute to improving and maintaining internal DevOps and infrastructure workflows
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, primarily using GitLab CI
- Collaborate with developers to standardize and streamline build–deploy processes
- Work across cloud environments: Azure (primary) and AWS (related systems)
- Help introduce best practices: security basics, access management, cost awareness, documentation
What makes you a great fit:
- Hands-on experience operating workloads in Azure (or strong motivation and solid fundamentals to ramp up fast)
- Good understanding of monitoring/alerting/logging (e.g., Azure Monitor / Log Analytics, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK-type stacks — you don’t need all of them)
- Experience with CI/CD, ideally GitLab CI
- A systems mindset: reliability, scalability, automation-first thinking
- Strong collaboration skills — you enjoy working with developers and other stakeholders
- Nice to have: AWS experience, Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform), Docker/Kubernetes knowledge
