Join us and we’ll support you to grow into a GenAI Developer through a structured 3-month internal mentoring program focused on GenAI delivery.

What makes you a great fit:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field
• 3+ years of Backend development experience (or you’re a strong engineer with the motivation to learn GenAI fast)
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles (testing, debugging, version control)
• Designing and building REST APIs
• Input validation, error handling, versioning
• Authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth2, role-based access)
• Solid SQL and NoSQL data modeling and querying skills
• Experience with vector and graph databases, or a strong understanding of their use cases and trade-offs
• Understanding of data lifecycle, logging, audit trails
• Writing unit and integration tests
• Logging, monitoring, basic tracing mindset
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and a passion for AI innovation.
• Advanced English (written & spoken)
• Product mindset: thinking beyond code, focusing on usability, documentation, and maintainability

You don’t need to be a GenAI expert yet – but you want to become one, and you’re ready to invest seriously in learning.

Typical problems you will work on:

• Delivering LLM-based features for custom software projects (and products), including chat, copilots, summarization, search, and assistant solutions.
• Building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines from documents and enterprise data
• Designing and optimizing prompts
• Building agentic and multi-step workflows
• Integrating GenAI into backend systems, UIs, auth, logging, monitoring
• Reducing hallucinations, building guardrails, evaluating quality
• Optimizing latency, cost, and scalability
• Turning PoCs into production-grade solutions
