Strong client focus and understanding of business problems, business processes and business models
Customer-oriented communication, business terminology
Understanding and applying the latest AI technologies, like large language models and computer vision for real-world applications
Knowing, understanding and using the latest tools in generative AI. eg. Langchain
Ability to build prototypes and use appropriate prompting on generative AI models
Evaluating a client’s business processes to identify opportunities for AI integration and enhancement
Facilitating training and change management initiatives to promote AI adoption among client staff
Monitoring the performance of AI systems and making recommendations for improvements
Communicating complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner
Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand ongoing needs and provide continuous support

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related fields
At least 3 years experience in mentoring, training, consulting and moderating workshops
Strong understanding of existing generative AI services e.g. OpenAI, Gemini
Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Desire to investigate and try-out new tools and technologies as they are released
Ability to work under tight timelines, in cases for multiple project deliveries
Advanced level of English
